Tax-Free Childcare
Tax-free Childcare is a government scheme that pays 20% of childcare costs up to a maximum of £2000 each year. The scheme is open to all parents of children under 12 (or under 17 if disabled).
To be eligible for the Tax-free Childcare Scheme, you must be working (and if you have a partner they must work too), and you must not be receiving any support through tax credits or universal credit.
The government contributes 20% of childcare costs, with the maximum help set at £2000 per year per child (or £4000 if the child is disabled). It’s called the Tax-free Childcare Scheme because 20% is the basic rate of income tax. It will work by parents paying money into an account with a childcare voucher provider, which the government then tops up. For example, if you put £80 into the account, the government will put in £20.
Please visit https://www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare to apply.

We have our own Housekeeper, Wendy Lloyd, so we are able to offer meals to suit a wide range of dietary requirements. We aim to make all meals and snacks healthy and nutritious with appropriate portion sizes for your child.
At mealtimes children sit together to encourage them to develop social skills and table manners. The children are encouraged and supported to feed themselves and to pour their own drinks, to develop self-help skills.
Breakfast: A choice of a selection of cereals, fruit and toast
Lunch and Dinner: Please see our menus for a selection of meals offered.
Snacks: A snack bar is offered during the morning and afternoon sessions where children are offered a choice of two snacks which they are able to self select. Snacks are varied and options include naan bread, crackers, seasonal fruit, vegetables and dip etc.
At all mealtimes children are offered a choice of milk and water; water is available to every child throughout the day
Weaning: We are able to provide meals suitable for babies who are starting on solid foods, either following a pureed food diet or baby lead weaning depending on your preference.
